Business Analyst – Digital Solutions (Atlassian)

Location : Remote (Preferred : Delhi NCR / Hyderabad)

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge business teams and engineering for Atlassian-based digital solutions. You will gather and document requirements, translate them into clear technical specifications, and drive product improvements aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and analyze requirements.

Convert business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.

Contribute to the product roadmap, identify process optimizations, and manage change adoption.

Plan and execute UAT to validate features and ensure user satisfaction.

Communicate updates and conduct training to foster smooth implementation.

Analyze usage data to measure feature impact and guide future enhancements.

Qualifications

5–7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in Agile / DevOps environments.

Strong expertise in Jira, Confluence, integrations, and APIs.

Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.

Tools : Jira (JSM / Software), Confluence, Loom, ScriptRunner, JMWE, JXL, Structure, GitLab, REST APIs.
