Global Reconciliation Services

Role Purpose : Manage Reconciliation Production team , overseeing operational and reconciliation activities across locations.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage critical processes for Account Payable Recs, including reconciliations, attestation, and SOX controls.

Lead negotiations with third-party banks.

Ensure consistency in controls and accurate reporting of breaks / open items.

Oversee Sub Ledger / GL / Interface reconciliation processes.

Provide leadership to the Reconciliation Services team and support change projects.

Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Technology, Network Management, Compliance, BIA, External Audit) and act as an escalation point for key stakeholders.

Decision-making and Problem Solving : Support location strategy decisions, communicate issues clearly, and drive changes in complex situations.

Risk and Control : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Person Specification : Relevant degree, minimum 4 years of experience in AP Reconciliation, strong accounting and reconciliation skills, effective communication, and ability to drive improvements.
