Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager at Planner9 Insurance Marketing Pvt. Ltd. located in Chinchwad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The individual will also be involved in managing client portfolios, understanding client needs, and offering appropriate insurance solutions. Regular client meetings, both in-person and over the phone, will be a part of day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Knowledge of insurance products and solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage client portfolios
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in insurance industry is a plus
