Tele Caller Executive

We're seeking a confident and articulate Telecaller to connect with potential clients, follow up on leads, and support business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging conversations, has a persuasive voice, and thrives on building relationships over calls.

Key Responsibilities Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and leads. Explain services / products to prospects and answer inquiries. Maintain a database of leads and follow-up regularly. Schedule appointments or demos where relevant. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaign support. Provide feedback on call responses and customer queries.

Requirements Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, Marathi. Ability to engage and build rapport over the phone. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred). Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Should have a laptop
