Senior Technical Recruiter [High Salary]

Summary :

Looking for 5-8+ years of experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for US IT and Engineering roles. Must have strong knowledge of US work authorizations, tax terms, and compliance with proven ability to source and hire software, hardware, and engineering talent.

Key Responsibilities :

• Full-cycle recruitment for IT (Java, .NET, Cloud, QA, DevOps, Data) and Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Manufacturing, Embedded) roles.
• Source candidates via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and engineering-specific job boards.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and US work status (H1-B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
• Negotiate pay rates for W2, C2C, 1099.
• Manage ATS, VMS / MSP submissions, and onboarding paperwork.
• Work in US time zones and deliver on hiring metrics.
