(Second-in-Command to the SVP, Growth & Development Initiatives)

We’re looking for an exceptional
Learning & Development leader (8–12 years’ experience)
to design and run our flagship
Leadership Pathways programme
– a multi-year initiative that will build a world-class learning ecosystem across the firm.
What you’ll do :
✨ Convert the firm’s strategic vision into a scalable leadership-development architecture.
✨ Cultivate & manage world-class internal coaches and external faculty (IIMs, XLRI, TISS & global partners).
✨ Personally deliver high-impact learning interventions.
✨ Implement and administer an enterprise-grade LMS with cutting-edge analytics.
✨ Lead projects end-to-end – from stakeholder engagement to budgets, timelines, and impact measurement.
What we’re looking for :
✅ 8–12 years’ experience in corporate L&D / leadership development.
✅ Proven expertise in
programme ownership, curriculum design, and executive facilitation .
✅ Strong project management + stakeholder management skills.
✅ Academics from reputed institutes (IIM, XLRI, TISS preferred).
✅ Passion for creating measurable, high-impact leadership journeys.
