• Candidate must have at least 5+ years of overall ServiceNow experience
• Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform
• Candidate must have 4+ years of ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery experience
• Good knowledge of the CMDB data model
• Experience in writing custom patterns
• Must have good communication skills
• Experience in resolving Discovery issues & coordinating with various infra teams

• Must have team-handling experience
• Working experience in Service Maps
