Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure

- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and project
- managers.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer
- satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the design and operations teams to provide tailored solutions to
- clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, civil engineering, or a related field.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of the aluminium formwork or construction industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.Skills Required
