We’re looking for a Non-IT Recruiter with strong LinkedIn sourcing skills to join our growing team in Hyderabad !
🔍 Key Responsibilities :
- Source and identify candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
- Screen and assess candidates for non-IT roles (Pharma, Healthcare, Engineering, Construction, Legal, etc.)
- Coordinate with BDMs and clients for submissions and interview updates
- Maintain candidate records and daily activity trackers
