You will be the voice of the Hoora brand. Your mission is to drive measurable business results by creating compelling, high-converting content across all channels. You must blend powerful storytelling with a performance marketing mindset to accelerate D2C sales, improve service adoption, and solidify our brand's authority.
Key Responsibilities
1. Storytelling & Brand Voice (The Core)
- Brand Storytelling : Design and execute narrative campaigns that translate our Vehicle 360 services and D2C products into relatable, emotionally resonant stories. Storytelling is the most critical function.
- Voice Governance : Define and enforce Hoora's brand voice and tone across all internal and external communication touchpoints.
- Creative Execution : Write and edit high-quality copy for website, emails, social media, video scripts, and long-form articles.
2. Performance & Content Marketing
Conversion Content : Create high-impact content (copy and visuals) for digital ads, landing pages, and sales funnels that directly drive conversion and support performance marketing goals (ROAS / CAC).SEO & Authority : Lead the execution of the content marketing plan, including blog posts and guides, focused on improving organic search rankings and establishing topical authority.Content Measurement : Define and track key content KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion lift) and iterate based on data insights.3. Product & D2C Focus
Product-Led Content : Work closely with the Product team to ensure all content accurately and persuasively explains the value of new features, services, and D2C product releases.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with the Senior Graphic Designer to ensure seamless synergy between copy and creative assets.Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience (Mandatory) : 3–5 years of hands-on experience in content creation and marketing, with a proven focus on driving business results.D2C Focus (Mandatory) : Must have strong experience creating content for Product-based D2C brands or similar consumer-focused tech companies.Core Competencies : Possesses sound knowledge and a track record in content creation, content marketing, performance marketing, and strategic storytelling.Execution Skills : Proficient in writing compelling copy for various marketing channels and possesses a fundamental understanding of SEO best practices.Portfolio (Mandatory) : Must have a strong portfolio showcasing successful content campaigns (including ad copy) that drove measurable conversions.Mindset : Data-informed, highly creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Designation : Content Head (D2C Products), Marketing Head (D2C Products), Content Creator for D2C Brands (Products)
