The Mission

Design and lead a productized SEO + AEO program that delivers measurable organic growth, structured-data excellence, and AI search visibility for 50–100 eCommerce clients at SMB-friendly price points.

You'll own strategy, standards, and outcomes across all tiers — from baseline SEO health to answer-engine eligibility — while building and leading a lean, high-throughput content and technical organization.

What You'll Own

Leadership & Operations

• Build and lead the SEO / AEO org : 3–4 client pods, centralized content factory, technical / schema guild, AEO analytics, and PR / outreach.
• Own delivery P&L, utilization, and QA — balancing client outcomes with scalable, standardized execution.
• Develop SOPs and playbooks for every tier (Essential, Standard, Plus).
