Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Business Development, Marketing & Sales Executive. The primary responsibilities include managing accounts, building long-term customer relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks involve engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, and aligning solutions to meet their needs while achieving sales targets and contributing to the organization's growth.
Role Description
- Prospect and qualify inbound / outbound leads via : Email outreach LinkedIn & social selling, Cold calling
- Understand client requirements related to : Digital Marketing Solutions, Website & App Development, eCommerce & Software Services
- Present suitable solutions and schedule sales meetings / demos with pre-sales / technical teams.
- Maintain updated lead records and follow-ups in CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing team for campaigns, outreach strategies, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly targets for meetings, proposals, and pipeline generation.
- Build and maintain a healthy business relationship with prospects.
Qualifications
0–2 years’ experience in Inside Sales / Business Development (Preferred in IT or Digital Marketing)Strong communication & presentation skillsUnderstanding of digital marketing and web technologiesAbility to research prospects and identify decision-makersGoal-oriented, self-driven & strong follow-up skillsComfortable handling multiple industries and client typesLocation
