What You'll Do
- Own B2B signups : Own and deliver bulk student enrollments via U.S. corporations, training and channel partners networks.
- Corporate Outreach : Pitch SARAS AI programs to HR, L&D heads, and founders; close contracts that deliver workforce enrollments.
- Channel Partner Development : Build and manage partnerships with TPOs, influencers, and training networks for repeat student inflow.
- Ground Activation : Represent SARAS at events, seminars, HR conclaves, and campus engagements to drive leads.
- Revenue Accountability : All partnerships must tie back to measurable signups with CAC discipline.
- Provide market intelligence : surface insight on U.S. corporate training trends, partnership models. Chennel economics and competitor programs-help refine our go to market strategy.
Who You Are
6 –12 years of experience in enterprise sales, higher-education partnerships,workforcetraining B2B or corporate training / licensing partnerships in the U.S. market.Strong network with U.S. corporates (HR, talent / L&D leadership), training / edtech partners, professional associations or institutional channels.A fieldsales operator : able to run the full 'field engine' — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, partner onboarding and activation.A closer — proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and deliver volume-based signups.Metrics-driven : not just closing MoUs, but ensuring student enrollments happen.A natural relationship-builder who thrives in field sales, events, and partnership ecosystems.High autonomy, selfstarter, comfortable in a fastmoving, missionoriented environment with founderlevel access.Why Join Us
