We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Finance Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on Technical Hiring along with HR operations, payroll, compliance, and finance coordination. Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Key Responsibilities : 1. HR & Recruitment Managing end-to-end recruitment with a focus on Technical Hiring. Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to assess their technical skills and qualifications. Sourcing and engaging top talent through social media, job boards, and networking. Providing feedback to candidates in a timely manner & negotiating job offers for new hires. Handling recruitment for non-technical roles across the organization. Designing and implementing HR policies to improve employee productivity and engagement. Overseeing on boarding, induction, attendance, and leave management to ensure a seamless employee experience. Managing the entire employee lifecycle, including performance management, employee development, benefits, and exit formalities. Facilitating learning & development frameworks aligned with organizational goals. Administering payroll, compliance, and benefits processes efficiently. Ensuring adherence to HR compliance and maintain accurate documentation. 2. Admin & Vendor Management Coordinating with vendors ensure cost-effective and timely deliverables. Handling procurement and office administration including purchase of project essentials. Managing reimbursements and streamline background verification processes. Maintaining smooth administrative operations to support all departments. 3. Finance Coordination (Non-Accounting Role) Acting as a link between internal teams and the vendors for all financial and compliance-related matters. Handling
