Tech Lead - GCP Data Engineering

Experience : 9+ Years

Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for GCP data engineering projects.
  • Architect and deliver end-to-end data solutions leveraging BigQuery and DataProc.
  • Define best practices, coding standards, and governance models.
  • Engage with business stakeholders and solution architects to design scalable platforms.
  • Manage and mentor a team of data engineers, ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Drive innovation by evaluating new GCP services and data engineering tools.

Requirements :

  • 10+ years of overall experience with at least 4+ years in GCP data engineering.
  • Proven expertise in BigQuery, PySpark (DataProc), and cloud-native data pipelines.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and client engagement skills.
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, governance, and security.
  • Exposure to Informatica and other ETL tools is desirable.
