Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for an Assistant Professor in the Department of Organon of Medicine. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, conducting research in the field of Organon of Medicine, and mentoring students. Additional responsibilities include contributing to the development of the department, participating in academic events, and maintaining high standards of patient care within the affiliated hospital.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Medicine and Medical Education
• Experience in Teaching and Research within homoeopathic or medical sciences
• Proficiency in Inpatient Care and the ability to oversee clinical activities
• Commitment to delivering quality education and fostering student growth
• Demonstrated expertise in the field of Organon of Medicine and homoeopathy
• Medical degree (BHMS) and postgraduate qualifications (MD in Homoeopathy, Organon of Medicine specialty preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing academic and clinical responsibilities simultaneously is desirable
