Role Description (Evince Development) is looking for talented candidates based on the requirements described here. Following are the Brief points of the Job Requirements :

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project deliverables and success criteria.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, proactively address issues, and keep projects on track.
• Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project goals.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with all project stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to management, team members, and other relevant parties.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in IT project management, ideally handling software projects with modern web application stacks.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Kanban, Iterative).
• Previous exposure to task estimation, sprint tracking, and basic Agile processes in technical project contexts.
