Job description7–10 years in Facility Management with exposure to mechanical, electrical & civil activities. Proven ability to manage projects and civil works. Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Strong background in facility operations and preventive maintenance. Skilled in managing multiple properties and stakeholders. NGO / institutional facility management experience is an advantage.
Facilities & Projects Supervisor
Location : Mumbai / Pune CTC : ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Facilities & Projects Supervisor to manage operations, maintenance, and civil works across NGO-owned properties including offices, meeting halls, and residential facilities in Mumbai and Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and civil systems.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all facilities and infrastructure.
- Coordinate vendors / contractors and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Lead in-house projects and civil works from planning to execution.
- Report on facility conditions and recommend improvements.
