Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished food products.
- Perform analytical tests for processed products, such as checking the Moisture, Salt, Acidity percentage. For oil checking TPM, FFA, PV
- Maintain laboratory records, prepare technical reports, and document test results accurately.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, R&D, and Production teams to ensure microbiological quality standards are met.
- Ensure all testing complies with local, national, and international food safety regulations (e.g., FDA, USDA, ISO, HACCP, FSMA).
Requirements :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology,Proven experience working in a food microbiology lab or food manufacturing environment.Knowledge of food safety systems and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO 17025).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Effective communication and technical writing skills.Experience - 2 -3 yrs
