About The Role

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing the website and its content to achieve higher search engine rankings and increased traffic. You will work closely with the Product, Tech, Content, and Revenue teams to create and execute SEO strategies that align with our business goals. Your role will require both technical expertise and strategic thinking to strengthen our SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance analysis.

What Will You Be Doing

• SEO Strategy & Implementation : Managing on-page and off-page SEO by optimizing website structure, content, and linking to improve search rankings.
• Keyword Research & Link Building : Conducting ongoing keyword research and executing a scalable link-building strategy.
• Technical SEO & Development : Embedding SEO best practices into development workflows and addressing technical SEO challenges.
• Analytics & Reporting : Monitoring traffic acquisition KPIs, analysing performance data, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Content & Conversion : Collaborating with content teams to create high-quality, SEO-driven content and enhancing conversion funnels.
• Competitive & Industry Analysis : Researching competitors, staying updated on algorithm changes, and adapting strategies accordingly.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partnering with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to scale SEO growth and automation.
