Job Title : Branch Product Head-Solar
Base Location : Kochin, Kerala
Direct Reportee : All Area Head (Full time front liners) in the assigned territory
Exp.
8-15 Years (minimum 4 years in Solar Product selling / Channel Management / Key Account management along with Technical know how of Solar Modules and Grid Tie Inverters pricing trends)
Key Responsibilities :
1) Channel Sales : Sales Revenue generation through Channel Sales Manager for assigned State / Branch
2) Channel Management / Expansion for the assigned state with utmost focus on Modules and Grid Tie inverter selling for residential / C&I
3) Generation of Leads for direct selling to End customer and key accounts for rooftop system
4) Representation of Havells Solar Business in industrial association meetings in coordination with regional head
5) Webinars with EPC / System integrators on over all product knowledge
6) Conducting System Integrators / retailers meet for solar product selling
7) Getting modules and inverters empaneled at discom / SNAs wherever applicable along with working with winners of Kusum yojna and other govt related tenders
8) Coordination with cross functional team on Product , Marketing and service related issues and resolutions
Qualification : B. Tech / M. Tech / MBA
