Job description

Job Title : TGT ICT / AI

Key Responsibilities :

  • Curriculum Planning & Delivery :
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the CBSE curriculum for Computers.
  • Deliver engaging lectures and interactive sessions that enhance students' understanding.
  • Incorporate various teaching methods and project-based learning to enrich the learning experience.

2. Assessment & Evaluation :

  • Design and administer regular assessments, assignments, and exams to monitor and evaluate student progress.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their academic performance.
  • Prepare students thoroughly for CBSE board exams.

    • 3. Classroom Management :

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
  • Address student concerns and provide individual attention where necessary.

    • 4. Professional Development :

  • Participate in professional development workshops, seminars, and conferences to continuously improve teaching practices.

    • 5. Parent & Community Engagement :

  • Maintain open communication with parents / guardians regarding student performance and progress.
  • Engage with the school community through events, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.
