About the Role

We are hiring a Customer Inquiry & Sales Executive (Telesales Representative) to handle inquiries generated from Instagram ads, maintain follow-up records, and support conversions with attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make calls to inquiries generated through Instagram ads
  • Maintain detailed inquiry status updates and track progress
  • Report daily activities and performance every evening
  • Contribute to conversions and earn incentives based on closures

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Ability to handle inquiries professionally and maintain records
  • Minimum 1 year of experience (Freshers can also apply)

    • Salary & Incentives

    ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

  • Performance-based incentives (discussed during interview)
