Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Jaipur. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, presenting services, and scheduling appointments. The role involves maintaining customer records, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, following up on leads, and participating in sales training sessions.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and achieving sales targets
• Ability to participate in and contribute to training sessions
• Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Prior experience in the healthcare or telehealth industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
