Position Title :

Quality Assurance Associate Analyst, Mobile Apps

Description :

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to contribute to the overall customer experience and maintenance of our Abercrombie and Hollister iOS and Android consumer apps. The QA Engineer will help with the app lifecycle ensuring quality before delivery, as well as post launch support.

Responsibilities :

• Independently write test cases, execute and log defects for both iOS and Android mobile app features
• Functions as a member of our Agile team and participate in various sprint ceremonies
• Ensures Engineering team delivers a quality product that meets the defined Acceptance Criteria
• Review and update regression suite coverage on a regular basis based on new features
• Collaborate closely with developers to get regression suite automated and implement CI / CD / CT practices
• Work with development teams to plan, implement, and track end-to-end test activities
• Work closely with BA / PM / Tech Leads / UX to validate requirements and ensure good customer experience
• Identify test needs and test data setup
• Quantify Size and impact of issue to determine backlog placement by leveraging observability and measurement tools
• Review any production defects to determine test automation needs to prevent recurring issues
