Job descriptionDevelop and expand the Jio Point market in the assigned territory. Achieve defined acquisition and revenue targets through consistent field execution. Identify, onboard, and engage with new channel partners to strengthen the distribution network. Service retailers effectively by adhering to the beat plan and ensuring market coverage. Ensure stock availability and enhance product visibility at retail outlets. Maintain supply chain stability to support uninterrupted market operations. Ensure daily cash collection and deposit as per company guidelines. Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members and channel partners. Provide necessary training and support to improve partner and team productivity.
Education Required
- Graduation degree in any discipline.
- 2 to 4 years in Sales and Distribution.
