As a Video Editor – Reels , you’ll be the creative mind that transforms raw footage into scroll-stopping, binge-worthy content. From snappy transitions to trending edits, effects, and audio syncs — you’ll craft reels that spark engagement, tell stories, and bring brands closer to their audience.

You’ll work closely with cinematographers, social media strategists, and designers to ensure every reel not only looks stunning but also performs. This role is perfect for someone who lives on trends, has an eye for detail, and thrives on fast turnarounds.

Requirements

• Create, edit, and enhance AI-generated video content using advanced AI tools and software.
• Collaborate with creative and technical teams to integrate AI-driven visuals, animations, and effects.
• Optimize content for various platforms (YouTube, social media, and marketing campaigns).
• Stay updated on the latest AI video tools, techniques, and trends.
• Deliver high-quality outputs within project deadlines.
• Proven experience in video editing with strong knowledge of AI tools.
• Strong creative sense, storytelling ability, and adaptability to evolving technologies.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Proven experience as a Writer, Director, or Content Creator in an agency or digital content setting. Strong understanding of storytelling for short-form video (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok). Ability to conceptualize and execute scripts quickly while maintaining creative excellence. Experience directing on-set with models, actors, and production teams Familiarity with camera work, lighting, and editing basics. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. A portfolio of reels, short films, or branded content that demonstrates creativity and direction skills
