Key Responsibilities
Perform expert medical image annotation using 3D Slicer.
Complete polygon-based segmentation of :
Coronary arteries
Renal arteries
Calcium deposits (when visible)
Work with CT scans and angiogram (DICOM) cine loops & static frames.
Follow defined protocols, internal standards, and gold-standard guidelines.
Ensure frame-aligned annotations across CT and angiogram images.
Collaborate asynchronously with project managers in the US or South-East Asia.
Requirements
Must-Have
MBBS + MD / DM in Radiology (or equivalent).
3–5+ years of experience interpreting cardiovascular imaging.
Proven experience in complex, in-depth medical imaging annotations.
Hands-on experience with 3D Slicer or similar annotation tools.
Strong understanding of :
Coronary anatomy
Renal artery anatomy
Calcium scoring / identification
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality, consistent annotations.
Excellent English communication skills.
Good to Have
Prior experience working on AI / ML annotation projects.
Experience with cross-modality alignment (CT ↔ Angiogram).
Familiarity with QA / QC workflows for image labeling.
