Experience : 10+ years of applicable IT experience

Certification in Salesforce.com

Minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce.com Service cloud - Case Management, Knowledge Management, Customer Communities portal

Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams.

Minimum of 2 years of experience Genesys Pure cloud (optional)

Experienced with working in DevOps model

Experienced working with global business stakeholders and multiple IT teams.

Good Coordination and Communication skills

Experience in Contact Center / Customer Service business area is a plus.

Exposed to working or integrating with Automation Solutions (optional)

Experience with leading teams involving multiple technology platforms
