Title : Business Intelligence Developer

Location : Remote – preferably in Pune, Mumbai, or Bangalore, India

Required Qualifications

o 4+ years of experience in business intelligence development or dashboard

design.

o 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau and / or Power BI, including

dashboard creation and deployment.

o Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.

o Proven ability to conceptualize dashboards, translate business needs into

technical requirements, and deliver end-to-end solutions.

o Experience in data modeling for BI purposes to support accurate and

o Ability to manage dashboard development lifecycle from wireframe to

rollout, including testing and validation.

Preferred Qualifications

 Familiarity with Dataiku for advanced data preparation and analytics.

 Experience building executive dashboards for HR or Talent Acquisition,

including multi-screen views for leadership reporting.

 Strong understanding of HR data structures and terminology to align

dashboards with organizational goals.

 Certifications such as Tableau Desktop Specialist, Microsoft Power BI Data

Analyst, or equivalent.

 Exposure to test script creation and UAT cycles for BI solutions.
