🎯 ROLE PURPOSE
We need a high-ownership, mature and disciplined professional who can :
- Train the team ,
- Build company culture , and
- Work directly as an EA to the Director (you) .
This role is a mix of training + culture building + execution support — someone who strengthens people and reduces your day-to-day load.
🔥 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1️⃣ Training & Development
Create training modules for sales, hospitality, grooming, store operations & behaviour.Conduct daily / weekly training sessions across departments.Set training calendars and track progress of employees.Identify skill gaps and create training solutions.2️⃣ Culture Building
Brief every employee on company values, expected behaviour, and communication style .Build culture systems : morning huddles, grooming checks, customer greeting norms, team behaviour rules.Improve discipline, teamwork, and respect within staff.Ensure consistency across all outlets.3️⃣ Executive Assistant to Director
Manage Director’s schedule, priorities, and follow-ups.Coordinate with department heads and ensure timely execution of tasks.Prepare reports, SOPs, presentations, and daily communication notes.Act as the Director’s eyes, ears, and execution support on the ground.4️⃣ Communication & Coordination
Clear communication between Director and teams.Convert instructions into actionable steps.Maintain reporting formats and ensure compliance.5️⃣ SOP & Process Design
Prepare training manuals, onboarding kits, behaviour guidelines & operational SOPs.Update documents regularly based on company requirements.
