Description : Desired Profile :
- Candidates having Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support or related roles.
- Strong understanding of email systems, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation.
- Familiarity with network configurations and security protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities :
Set up and manage company email accounts for new employees.Troubleshoot email-related issues and ensure uninterrupted communication.Provide first-line support for IT-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.Assist in diagnosing and resolving system, network, and connectivity issues.Maintain and troubleshoot printers and related hardware.Install, configure, and update systems as required.Assist in managing licenses and ensuring compliance with software policies.Assist new employees with IT onboarding, including system access and training.Provide guidance on best practices for using company IT resources.Additional Requirements :
Knowledge of IT support tools and ticketing systems.Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are advantageous.(ref : hirist.tech)
