Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer based in Bhopal. The Telemarketer will be responsible for contacting potential clients over the phone, scheduling appointments, providing excellent customer service, and promoting products or services. The role requires the ability to build relationships with clients and effectively communicate information in a professional and engaging manner.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and handling logistics efficiently
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales to drive results and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus
