Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Bhopal. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote and sell Nextdeal's products or services. The role includes understanding customer needs, answering queries, providing product information, managing customer interactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The position may also require close collaboration with other team members and participation in training sessions to enhance sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present products and services.
• Proven Sales experience or aptitude for engaging and closing deals with customers.
• Experience in Training or willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and product knowledge.
• Self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills is preferred.
• Relevant work experience or a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
