We are seeking a skilled and passionate Customer Support Engineer to join our growing team in Mumbai to ensure the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge digital products.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide Technical support for our Mobile and Web Applications
On site Support and Implementation of our product to customers
Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues, bugs, and performance concerns
Collaborate with Product, QA, and Development teams to escalate and fix complex problems
Monitor application performance on a regular basis
Assist in App deployments, Version rollouts and Post-Release monitoring
Support Internal teams with Technical Insights and solutions.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely responses to critical incidents.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data protection standards.
Required Qualifications :
1-3 years of experience in a Customer Support role.
Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and Web Applications.
Experience with Issue Tracking systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Must Have Skills
Should have to work in Rotational Shifts (Morning / Afternoon)
Mandatory Languages to be known - English, Marathi and Hindi
