At Kritavidya Academy, we help students dream bigger — and achieve their goals through structured CLAT and entrance exam coaching. We’re now looking for a Center Manager who can lead our Mysuru operations with energy, empathy, and excellence.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mysuru for a Center Manager at Kritavidya Academy. The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with staff and faculty, analyzing operational data, and ensuring efficient center management. The role includes responsibilities in training staff, conducting research for program improvements, and managing sales activities. Additionally, the Center Manager will ensure that high standards of communication and service are maintained.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Training and developing staff
• Strong Research skills
• Sales acumen and ability to manage sales activities
• Leadership and team-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Education, or related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
