Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Development
Support the development and execution of brand marketing strategies that align with business objectives
Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and communications
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify brand positioning opportunities
Help develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all marketing materials
Digital Marketing
Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Create engaging content for digital channels including graphics, videos, and written copy
Execute email marketing campaigns and analyze performance metrics
Support SEO / SEM initiatives and website content optimization
Monitor online brand reputation and engage with customers on digital platforms
Traditional Marketing
Assist in planning and executing offline marketing campaigns (print, radio, events, etc.)
Coordinate with vendors for promotional materials, signage, and branded merchandise
Support event marketing including trade shows, pop-ups, and community events
Help manage public relations efforts and media outreach
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance across all channels
Prepare monthly reports on brand awareness metrics, engagement rates, and ROI
Use data insights to optimize future marketing strategies and tactics
Monitor brand sentiment and customer feedback across various touchpoints
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure brand alignment
Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors
Support internal communications and employee brand engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferred
Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.)
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
