As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and provide remote technical assistance related to our products.
We strive to simplify and improve both customer and agent experiences through our comprehensive suite of Contact Center and Workforce Engagement & Optimization solutions.
Key responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex computer systems and software. You will respond to situations where end-users have failed to isolate or resolve problems with malfunctioning equipment or software.
To be successful in this role, you will gain knowledge of assigned customers' technical and business environments. Document and verify reported problems, then troubleshoot and resolve issues utilizing all available tools, resources, and documentation. Engage additional resources when necessary.
We value specialized knowledge and skills in PCs, Networks, OS platforms, databases, telephony, software applications, and ACDs. Demonstrated ability to learn complex software tools quickly is also essential. Strong customer service and teamwork skills are required.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two to three of the following : Contact Center Technologies (including Automated Dialers & Telephony), CentOs Linux, Networking, Windows OS, SIP, and strong customer communication skills (verbal and written).
