Experience : 1-2 yrs of relevant experience into Non-tech / Non-IT recruitment (preferably in a high volume environment)
Location : Bangalore (Address : 1st Floor, Prestige Nebula, National Informatics Centre, II, Infantry Rd, Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001).
Work mode : Hybrid (5 day work week - 1-2 days WFO, 3-4 days WFH)
Working shift : US shift only (6 : 00 pm - 3 : 00 am IST)
This role involves "reviewing and screening" a large number of resumes for various roles within the organization. The role requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Follow agreed client recruitment / screening process for RPO or project recruitment delivery.
2) Efficiently review and evaluate a high volume of resumes and applications against detailed job descriptions and required qualifications.
3) Use competency success profiles to identify and differentiate candidates.
4) Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to accurately record candidate information and screening outcomes.
5) Apply predefined screening criteria and decision-making frameworks to determine candidate suitability.
6) Identify candidates who meet minimum qualifications for further evaluation by recruiters or hiring managers.
7) Maintain accurate and detailed records of screening activities and candidate status within the ATS.
1) Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of all candidate information within the system.
2) Maintain reports on screening metrics, candidate's application status, and screening efficiency.
3) Document and maintain clear records of all screening activities and communications with candidates, contributing to a comprehensive audit trail.
4) Accurately and promptly input and update candidate information into the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other designated databases, ensuring all fields are completed according to company standards.
1) Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in resume screening and talent evaluation.
2) Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance screening skills and knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
A Bachelor&aposs degree is a must.
1) Experience with high-volume screening. Review and evaluate resumes and applications against job requirements to identify the best-fit candidates.
2) Maintain consistent communication with team and managers throughout the screening process to ensure a positive experience
3) Apt in gathering additional information, upskilling by seeking feedback, brainstorming to avoid escalations, encouraging new ideas and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
4) Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve challenges that come during the screening process, discrepancies in candidate information, and technical glitches ensuring a smooth and efficient screening process.
5) Should understand the specific skills, knowledge and technical terms required for each role along with recent market trends.
6) Proactively analyze information and provide solutions based on pre-defined criteria, involving assessing qualifications, skills, experience, etc.
7) Should have hands-on experience in handling database tools such as Google Sheets, MS Office, any ATS, and CRM dashboards.
8) Responsible for generating accurate reports on screening metrics and day-to-day operations.
9) Able to manage high-volume resume processing efficiently and effectively without compromising the quality.
10) Collaborate closely with the Audit team, Managers, and Upper management to understand job requirements and screening processes.
11) Participate in projects, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and contribute to team success.
