We are seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to serve as a key technical liaison between the company and its customers. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing technical support, addressing quality concerns, and collaborating on product improvements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support regarding product installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Furnish detailed product specifications and technical documentation.
- Assist in meeting specific customer requirements.
- Collaborate with customers on product design modifications or adaptations.
- Address customer concerns related to product quality, defects, or performance issues.
- Manage warranty claims and ensure prompt resolution in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure on-time delivery and provide logistic support.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and expectations for better customer retention.
Skills Required
Knowledge of core quality tools (FMEA, 8D, APQP, PPAP, SPC, & MSA).Experience in handling and resolving customer concerns and complaints.Well-experienced in inter- and intra-personal skills.Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).In-depth knowledge of Process and System audits.Skills Required
