Software Quality Engineer I

Job descriptionAutomate testing processes for regression and performance scenarios. Troubleshoot customer problems and collaborate with support teams to resolve them. Review and provide feedback on product designs, documentation, and software functionality. Work within an Agile environment to meet project scope and delivery dates, ensuring high-quality standards.
Key Deliverables :
- Automate regression tests using tools such as Selenium, JMeter, C#, Java, and SQL.
- Conduct system modifications and ensure software aligns with user and business specifications for retail products in the Japanese market.
- Provide technical support during installation and configuration, and assist customer support teams.
- Plan and design test schedules, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
