Digile - Salesforce Administrator

Key Responsibilities :

• Platform Configuration : Create and manage standard Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and Process Builder.
• User & Security Management : Maintain data integrity and security by managing user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements, provide support, and deliver solutions that enhance productivity.
• Data Management : Assist with data migration, data quality initiatives, and mass data updates using tools like Data Loader.
• Troubleshooting : Perform troubleshooting and support for end-user issues, ensuring the smooth operation of the Salesforce platform.
• System Maintenance : Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices to implement new features and ensure system stability.
• Reporting & Dashboards : Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide business insights and track key metrics.
• Agile Participation : Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to overall project success.
