Job description

Location : Sarkhej-Sanand Road Ahmedabad – 382210

Experience Required : 6 Month to 1 year

Salary Range : 15000 – 20000 (based on experience).

Timing : 10 : 30 to 6 : 30

6 day Working(Mon-Sat)

Gender : Male / Female

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer and client emails in a professional and timely manner.

Prepare and share quotations through Zoho CRM .

Manage and update our online store on Shopify .

Oversee listings and handle queries on digital platforms such as TATA Nexarc and IndiaMart .

Provide administrative support and assist in back-office operations as required.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration Commerce or relevant field preferred).

Minimum 6 months of experience in back office sales coordination or administrative role.

Proficiency in email writing and communication skills .

Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM Shopify and digital platforms (preferred not mandatory).

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work independently.
