About the Role :
- Incident Management : Monitor infrastructure performance, security, and availability.
- Support Services : Assist customers or internal teams with basic networking issues.
- Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve network-related problems using diagnostic tools.
- Configuration & Maintenance : Set up and maintain network devices, including switches, routers, and access points.
- Documentation : Keep accurate records of network issues and resolutions.
- Customer Support : Deliver exceptional support to end-users and clients for network-related issues.
Skillset :
Networking Fundamentals : TCP / IP, LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.Network Devices : Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless Access Points.Maintenance Tools : Wireshark, PRTG, SolarWinds.Benefits :
