Location : PAN India Hybrid.

Shift : 11 : 00 AM 8 : 00 PM IST.

About the Role :

We are seeking two highly skilled and experienced Senior Workday Technical Consultants to join our team.

These are lead-level positions requiring deep expertise in Workday integration, specifically within the Benefits and Payroll modules.

The ideal candidates will be Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) capable of leading projects, designing complex integrations, and providing technical guidance.

One position will have a stronger focus on Benefits, while the other will focus on Payroll.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the Technical Integration Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday HCM, with a specialization in Benefits and Payroll.
  • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex Workday integration solutions, particularly using Workday Studio and the Payroll Interface (PECI / PICOF).
  • Manage and handle integrations related to Payroll Inputs and Payroll Results.
  • Provide technical leadership on projects, potentially managing a small team of consultants.
  • Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration performance and data integrity.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in integration development.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Total Experience : 6 to 12 years of relevant Workday integration experience.
  • Technical Expertise :
  • Must have strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio.
  • Proven expertise in Workday Payroll Interface (PECI / PICOF) is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, Benefits, and Payroll modules.
  • Experience with integrations for Payroll Inputs and Payroll Results.
  • Leadership : Demonstrated experience leading Workday integration projects and the ability to manage / guide a team.
  • Certification : Candidates without Workday certification will be considered based on proven hands-on experience.
