Job Description

The Staff Program Delivery Manager oversees the planning, implementation, execution, and reporting on assigned OEM programs in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. Along with developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization, the Staff Program Delivery Manager will be responsible for planning, resource allocation, project deliverables, and provide executive management project reports relative to the OEM Program.

Key Responsibilities

Application & Customer Support

• Ensure OEM programs meet or exceed goals in customer satisfaction, compliance, quality, and team performance.
• Implement and manage changes or interventions to ensure successful achievement of project goals.
• Act as a key liaison between Tekion, OEMs, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication.
• Identify opportunities to enhance Tekion solutions using feedback and inputs from OEM partners.
• Produce accurate and timely reports on program status throughout its lifecycle.
• Analyze and proactively manage program risks.
• Support product-related activities across OEM programs, integrations, and design improvements.
