Responsibilities : How you will lead

Focus strategically :

• Has autonomy to work collaboratively with the leaders in your space to drive the project / program and overall Intuit strategy to accelerate the most strategic business outcomes.
• Helps teams understand how the program fits into the overall strategy.
• Drives and provides data driven recommendations to execute, monitor and communicate progress, trade-offs, trends, or decisions needed Lead change
• Partners with leadership to create a culture where teams are recognized and encouraged through change.
