Job Summary
- Person should be having experience in WSO2
- Project & Delivery Management :
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects while ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Define and track project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate between development, QA, and business teams to maintain smooth workflow.
- Drive Agile, Scrum, or other delivery methodologies as per project requirements.
- Stakeholder Management :
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients / customers, ensuring expectations are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and leadership.
- Maintain transparent communication on project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Team Leadership & People Management :
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and analysts to ensure high performance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and support career growth.
- Process Improvement & Quality Assurance
- Continuously assess and improve delivery processes, adopting best practices and automation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
- Implement monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track project health and team productivity.
- Risk & Issue Management :
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks proactively.
- Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.
