Job description : Test Management :

Operational services :

Managing Test Management activities for any test phases required within a project / upgrade / update or fix release.

This includes :

• Stakeholder communication and coordination
• Providing guidance and direction on test activities to project management
• Ensuring all test artefacts are managed within the chosen test tool for test preparation, execution and defect management
• Ensuring traceability from business requirements to executed test scenarios
• Management of testers (to enable them to create / deliver test cases in the designated tool)
• Tracking of test progress for test preparation and execution
• Use the designated Test Management tool for the creation of Test plan / packages and assignment of test cases
• Defect Handling
• Continuous Improvement
