Key Responsibilities
- Braze Implementation Configuration : Lead the setup and implementation of Braze, including segmentation, journey orchestration, personalization, and real-time event-based messaging.
- Data Integration : Connect Braze with various data sources, including CDPs, CRMs, cloud storage, and custom APIs to enable real-time and batch data processing.
- Web Mobile Integration : Work with SDKs and APIs to integrate Braze with iOS, Android, and web applications for in-app messaging, push notifications, and behavioural tracking.
- Marketing Use Case Activation : Implement advanced marketing automation use cases, such as lifecycle campaigns, retargeting, personalized messaging, and transactional communications.
- Cross-Channel Campaign Execution : Enable omnichannel messaging across push, email, SMS, in-app messaging, and webhooks while optimizing deliverability and engagement.
- Performance Monitoring Optimization : Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize for scalability and efficiency.
- Coding Development : Develop and maintain custom scripts, APIs, and data workflows to enhance marketing automation capabilities.
- SQL Data Modelling : Design and optimize data structures, write complex SQL queries, and create data models for improved segmentation and analytics.
- Collaboration Documentation : Work closely with marketing teams, data engineers, and developers to ensure seamless integrations, and document best practices, processes, and configurations.
Required Skills Qualifications
5+ years of experience in implementing and managing the Braze platform.Strong expertise in Braze APIs, Canvas workflows, Liquid templating, and campaign automation .Hands-on experience integrating Braze with data platforms (CDPs, CRMs, Data Warehouses) and marketing ecosystems.Proficiency in working with Braze SDKs (iOS, Android, Web), REST APIs, and event-based triggers.Solid understanding of marketing automation strategies, segmentation, and personalization techniques.Strong coding skills with experience in JavaScript, Python, or other relevant languages.Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries, data transformation.Experience in data modelling and structuring data for efficient analysis and segmentation.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data pipelines is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.Preferred Qualifications
Experience working across multiple industries (Retail, Fintech, Insurance, Healthcare, etc.) in marketing automation.Knowledge of additional database technologies and ETL tools.Braze Certified Developer or Architect Or relevant marketing automation developer credentials.Skills Required
